Stream | Email Marketing

As the Graphic Designer at Stream Realty Partners, one of my routine job responsibilities was to create email blasts that advertise multifamily properties. These blasts are usually divided into two different categories: Coming Soon and Just Sold.

As far as design and layout, the top portion or header indicates the purpose of the blast which is accompanied by the property logo. The body has property photos and copy; the footer always has the broker's contact information.

At NTL, I designed many social media posts, email headers and web banners for each holiday for the Makit® and ThermoServ brands. An example for the Makit brand which targets kids and teachers is Fourth of July, which is displayed to the right. Beneath that is a web banner for ThermoServ, which highlighted a new product being sold at Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl’s and Macy’s.
